I know that for me it all depends on the subject. Too often teachers are known for the complaints about what isn't working...it is useless if it doesn't lead to some sort of action. However, I think that the complaints that lead to action are always useful...sometimes we have to work off of that feeling of "this isn't as good as it could be" to make real change. That is healthy.<br />Is this enough? I'm not sure that it is ever enough for those of us who are willing to work for the best for students.
