I saw this on the ECIS IT blog this week and I thought how true this is of teachers - that most of us don't think of ourselves as leaders, don't think of ourselves as changing the world, but that in fact we do every day, because we are helping to shape the lives of children who are the future of the world. It's amazing how the small things we do have a large impact and may be remembered for years afterwards. We are "everyday leaders".
